A private office for the Jin family in China, designed as a quiet dialogue between tradition and contemporary living. Rich timber, collected artwork, antique furnishings, and blue-and-white porcelain bring layers of cultural memory into the space, while a restrained architectural backdrop keeps the composition calm and refined. Soft natural light moves across the tactile materials throughout the day, creating an atmosphere that feels personal, contemplative, and deeply rooted in family heritage.

More than a place of work, the office is conceived as a space for conversation—where clients are welcomed, ideas are exchanged, and relationships unfold over time. Residential warmth softens the formality of a traditional workplace, allowing meetings to feel intimate rather than transactional. The result is an environment that reflects both the character of the family and the way they do business: thoughtful, personal, and built on lasting connections.
