Before Studio FUNA, one of our founders contributed to the reimagining of True Food Kitchen as the lead concept designer at Studio UNLTD.

Rooted in the belief that food should nourish both people and planet, True Food Kitchen brings a fresh perspective to everyday dining. Developed as a unified design language for 46 locations across the United States, the concept embraces an earthy, tactile palette inspired by nature and the rituals of gathering.

Warm timber, terracotta, muted greens, and expressive terrazzo create a layered composition, balancing organic textures with contemporary forms. Thoughtful details and subtle contrasts bring warmth and character to the space, shaping an atmosphere that feels both familiar and quietly unexpected. The result is a design that celebrates the connection between food, nature, and human experience.
